Quick installation instructions:
Drag these two buttons on any toolbar you like:

FRoSP Button		Enable/Disable Button

Then save this file, to your UserJS folder.
You can find the location of your UserJS folder under Tools/Preferences/Advanced/Content/JavaScript Options
